President Trump named a new chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission yesterday. Neil Chatterjee, a commission member and former top energy adviser to pro-coal Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, replaces the previous chairman, Kevin McIntyre, who cited “health issues” as a reason for stepping down.
