An appeals court will hear oral arguments next month for a climate change lawsuit brought by 21 children and young adults against the Trump administration to determine whether it can go to trial next year. The suit, which seeks sweeping changes in federal climate efforts, has been in limbo since the Trump administration filed a petition against it earlier this year.
