Car parts suppliers and automakers are in open disagreement over how to make American cars pollute less. Car manufacturers want to roll back Obama-era standards that mandate emissions cuts, but five major auto supplier groups said in a joint statement that the U.S. should stay the course on stringent emissions rules.
