Canada and the United Kingdom are among six countries preparing for the first carbon trades under the Paris climate agreement. It’s part of a plan to unlock up to $4 billion to help fight climate change. The countries would undertake projects to cut greenhouse gas emissions to comply with goals of the Paris deal.
