Federal Agency Halts all Work on Atlantic Coast Pipeline after Judges Revoke Permits

Federal energy regulators have ordered a halt to work on the Atlantic Coast Pipeline followed a ruling from a federal appeals court suspending key permits for the project. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission sent a letter to the Dominion Energy saying that work must stop immediately.
