Judge Deals Blow to Tribes in Dakota Access Pipeline Ruling

In a blow to the Standing Rock Sioux and Cheyenne River Sioux tribes of North and South Dakota, a federal judge ruled that the Dakota Access pipeline can continue pumping oil during an ongoing environmental review by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
