New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says her global counterparts should think carefully about their role in addressing climate change, and try to be avoid being on the wrong side of history. At the World Economic Forum in Davos, she argued that acting on climate change could mean safeguarding a leader’s legacy and doesn’t need to mean relinquishing power.
