Seattle city leaders passed a resolution laying out an ambitious plan for how the city can cut its greenhouse gas emissions while protecting the climate and improving the lives of residents. Free public transit, fossil fuel construction limits and electric vehicles are among the ideas outlined in the non-binding resolution.
